Every page is built from a claims ledger: each factual statement is entered as a discrete claim, matched to a primary source fetched on a recorded date, stored with the exact supporting language, and graded by evidence type (human RCT, human study, FDA label, animal finding, regulatory record, review, search record, market documentation, or derived arithmetic). Allowed as evidence: FDA (labels, Drugs@FDA, official FDA pages), DailyMed, PubMed-indexed peer-reviewed journals, ClinicalTrials.gov, and documented database searches for absence claims. Allowed as market documentation only: compounding-pharmacy product pages, clearly labeled, never counted as evidence. Not allowed at all: telehealth marketing, wellness blogs, press releases, and secondary aggregators. Where the honest answer is an absence (no trials of any blend, no approved FSAD drug, no absorption data), we cite the search or record that documents the absence and say so plainly.

Each page displays its published and last-updated dates. We re-review this compound's pages when any of the following changes: a published trial of any arousal-cream blend or ingredient, FDA action on compounded arousal creams or any documented ingredient, a readout from the topical sildenafil program (including any phase 3), or a change to a documented pharmacy formula, which we re-fetch on a schedule because formula drift is this product's defining property. Verified corrections are made on the page with a dated note; claims that fail re-verification are removed from the ledger and from every surface that rendered them. We treat a citation that does not support its claim as the most serious defect this site can have.
